You see, the movie Changeling didn't really cover the entire story about the Wineville Chicken Coop Murders. I was so intrigued by the story that i researched about Christine Collins. Hahaha. Boredom.

Sanford Clark was Gordon Northcott's 14-year-old nephew and he was beaten and sexually abused (how the f) by Northcott. He claimed that Northcott along with his mother molested and killed kids and he was also forced to help them.

Sarah Louise Northcott, Gordon's mother confessed to the murders, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. Gordon was sentenced to be hanged. His mother was spared from execution coz she was a woman. Sarah even said that Gordon was innocent, he was from an English family and she was his grandmother, and he was sexually abused by his entire family yada yada yada. (entire family? wouldn't that mean that she molested him too?)

Jessie, Sanford's sister went to the ranch and stayed there for several days but she got scared of Northcott (well who wouldn't?) left, and told the authorities.

Sanford Clark was sentenced for 5 years at the Whittier State School and then he had a son and he also served in World War II which i think is cool. He died in 1991 just a year after my sister was born haha

Story about Christine and Walter Collins were the same from the movie except when Christine won against Jones she was suppose to be awarded $10,800 but he never paid her. According to Wikipedia, my source haha, she continued to search for Walter for the rest of her life but she died without knowing her child's fate.

Arthur Hutchkins Jr. the one who claimed himself as Walter Collins said that he pretended to be Walter to get as far away as possible from his stepmother. His biological mother died when he was 9. When he became an adult he sold concessions at carnivals. He died of a blood clot in 1954. He also had a young daughter named Carol who said that, "My dad was full of adventure. In my mind, he could do no wrong."

Hahahahahaha. and i found out from this really cool site about the Chicken coop that Gordon was raised as a girl and was not allowed to wear boys' clothes.
